Weight lifting personal injuries and product liability cases

While we continue to work on a case involving a young man being injured using a weight lifting machine , I wanted to talk a little bit about other similar incidents, personal injury claims and product liability cases involving exercise equipment. Judicial Conference Establishes Guidelines On How And When Courts Can Cite Internet Sources In Opinions

Judges, like everyone else, have been affected by the treasure trove of information available on the internet, and have slowly begun basing judicial decisions on internet sources. They don’t like me, Toot. Can I have clean sheets?

The people that picked Barry “Barrack” Obama to be their stalking horse must cry themselves to sleep some nights.   He seemed like a good bet.   Tall, thin and he can’t even understand patois let alone drop into it unexpectedly and look like an uncultured n-word.   Whenever those who guide a political party or movement use someone as a primary spokesman who is not capable of becoming the intellectual leader of the party serious problems are unavoidable.  This is because the dim bulb will not get

The Hot Air post plays up the possibility that thin-on-the-ground air traffic controllers are being taken from towers to process paperwork. The article cited, from the Washington Times , however, makes it clear that this is not the case: But Ms. Zuckman said that only support personnel, such as in finance and operations,

Wedding Day Recap, Pt 11 – “Just Like Heaven”

I have gone through some internal debates on how to handle my last official recap. After thinking long and hard (that’s what she said), I came across an article in the LA Times where the co-writer of the movie 500 Days of Summer states that “every relationship has a soundtrack.” How true! Now, I know that everyone has different taste in music, but I personally love the songs we chose for our wedding reception and I feel that each one of them very well represents the many facets of my relationship with Mr. Peony, as well as our relationship with our families and friends

Boston Globe Blows It On “Abortion” Myth
