Many of those walking past Chase Tower on Central Avenue have no way of knowing that down on the building’s concourse level sits a quaint little flower shop that’s been conducting business in downtown Phoenix for almost 40 years.

San Diego-based RealGifts, which develops a Facebook application which ties virtual gifts with real, physical gifts, has signed floral delivery firm Teleflora as a partner. According to Teleflora, it will allow its customers to send flowers to Facebook users via a partnership with RealGifts. Financial details of the deal were not disclosed.

We’re still on our winter wedding round-up on The Little Black Book Blog ! And so we travel today from Park City to Dallas … we’re off to another gorgeous celebration from Andrea Polito Photography , AK Event Design , Bella Flora of Dallas , and Warren Barrón Bridal ! from kristin at ak event design … Caroline and Will started hanging out in 7th grade and never stopped.  They wanted a wedding that was fun and modern with lots of white florals ranging from hydrangeas to orchids, the brides favorite!! She was one of the first brides we have worked with that wanted a cascading bouquet and we LOVED IT!! One of my favorite things about her wedding was her fun wedding invitations . We always tell our brides that the paper products can make the night!! Her wedding invitations were fun and whimsical.

The season finale of Undercover Boss was yet another great episode in a great series. I actually wonder how much longer this series can go on, because there’s no way the “cover” to explain camera crews (“we’re filming a documentary on entry-level jobs”) will hold up. I guess they’ll just have to film in places that don’t get CBS Tonight’s episode featured Chris McCann of 1-800-Flowers, and a floral designer in Boston named Dee, who reminded him of the lesson that success in the florist industry isn’t counted by numbers of flowers you sell, but by how great a relationship you have with your customers
